This supplement contains equal amounts of Calcium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate. This highly assimlated form of calcium and magnesium are combined in a capsule form for easy assimilation. They are also combined with the trace mineral Boron and vitamin D which aid in the assimilation of Calcium. The elemental calcium present is 70 mg and the elemental magnesium is 45.5 mg of magnesium.
